Shipping Information
Orders are packed from the Phoenix fulfillment office. Standard parcel shipping is available for hardware, thread, tools and most leather panels. Oversize leather sides and bulk hardware may require a separate freight quote.
Free shipping threshold
Qualifying US orders over $99 are marked as free-shipping eligible during checkout when the cart contents meet the shipping rules.
Processing time
Most in-stock orders are prepared within one to two business days. Customer care will contact buyers if an item requires confirmation before shipping.
