Returns and Exchanges

Unused, uninstalled hardware and tools can be reviewed for return eligibility within 30 days of delivery. Leather, cut goods and clearance lots should be checked carefully on arrival because natural variation and custom cuts may limit return options.

Before sending a return

Contact customer care with the order number, SKU, quantity and reason for the return. The team will confirm the next step and whether a replacement, store credit or refund review is appropriate.
